The Future Hospitality & Tourism Forum 2026

The Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association and its partners invite hospitality and tourism professionals from the Baltic States and the Nordic region to the Future Hospitality and Tourism Forum 2026, taking place at Hilton Tallinn Park. The Forum begins already on 2 February with an informal get-together, a relaxed evening to meet other participants and settle in before the main program starts.

Over the two Forum days, 25+ hospitality leaders from across Europe will dive into the key themes defining the sector’s future: competitiveness, destination image, culinary identity, sustainability and regenerative food systems, luxury and lifestyle tourism, AI in everyday work, leadership, and year-round growth. The program blends keynote talks, interviews, and focused discussions.

Participants are also invited to join Hospitality Trails. Guided visits to Tallinn’s hotels, restaurants, bars, producers and creative districts. These short routes, hosted by local entrepreneurs, offer practical behind-the-scenes insights into the city’s hospitality landscape.

The Forum includes an optional ticketed Social Dinner at restaurant UMA, an intimate evening with limited seats, held in Tallinn’s Noblessner district. It offers a warm setting to connect with colleagues, speakers, and partners in a more personal way.

Future Hospitality and Tourism Forum 2026 is designed to offer inspiration, practical ideas, new contacts and a clearer view of where our region’s hospitality sector is heading.

The Forum promises not only inspiration and actionable ideas, but also meaningful connections and a bold, future‑shaping vision for hospitality in our region.
