Sustainability

The Future Hospitality & Tourism Forum 2026 will take place at Hilton Tallinn Park, a venue committed to Hilton’s global sustainability framework (Our Approach | Travel With Purpose | Hilton TWP: Our Approach | Travel with Purpose | Hilton TWP). The forum is designed as a low-impact, paperless event: all programme information is digital, name badges are made from recyclable materials, and the lanyards are fully reusable and collected after the event for future use. Waste sorting solutions are available throughout the venue, and all food and beverages highlight locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, reflecting both environmental responsibility and Estonia’s culinary identity.

Sustainability is woven into the entire event experience. Speakers receive clear guidelines on using digital materials, participants are encouraged to travel on foot or by public transport, and no physical gifts are provided—focusing instead on meaningful experiences and responsible choices. Tourism students are invited to participate as volunteers, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the event’s smooth and thoughtful organisation.

The program also invites guests to discover Tallinn as a compact, walkable and forward-looking destination. Hospitality Trails take participants into hotels, restaurants and bars that champion local culture and innovation, while short introductions during the event highlight the city’s green and coastal character. Our aim is to demonstrate that a sustainable forum can be high-quality, engaging and inspiring, strengthening the hospitality community while caring for the place that hosts us.
